How billing works, and how to cancel

The pricing page lists beta allowances and plans. Features marked in development are not current capabilities. Check the final price, billing period and terms in checkout before paying.

The payment provider processes payment details. Ma’atara receives transaction, subscription and entitlement records. Use the same identity in both products for the shared entitlement.

In Parable, open Settings → Plans & billing and use Cancel plan in the cancellation card. Choosing the free tier in the plan picker alone does not cancel a paid subscription.

Standard cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Check the confirmation for the end date. Cancellation does not delete your identity, notes or existing provenance records.

For refunds, disputes or a cancellation that self-service cannot handle, contact trust@parable.social. Support can help with billing; it cannot recreate lost private keys or source files.
